The Davanti restaurant group™ is a restaurant management and consulting group founded in 2008 by Chef Joshua Adam Garcia and Raul Miranda. Davanti, meaning "in front of" is a derivative from Chef JAG's own, Latino Fusione, capturing the essence of traditional Italian cuisine with Classical French and spicy Latin fusion.
