Joshua Adam Garcia AKA-JAG is an uncompromising Chef who is passionate about food. A Former Marine who attended The New York Restaurant School, JAG currently serves as Chef de Cuisine for his Latin Fusion themed menu concept in Eastern North Carolina.

JAG, a  top 2 finalist and stand out contestant of The Next Food Network Star's season 3, longs to bring his style of Caribbean and Latino fusion flavors to America. Author of his signature cooking style Latino Fusionè, This South Bronx/Jersey native redefines Latin Fusion by creating dishes spotlighted by classical french and traditional Italian cuisine. JAG combines authentic Puerto Rican cookery with cutting edge technique to show case his Nuevo Latino Caribe Cuisine.

Asian Inspired dishes like his Mojo Ono, Latin lo mein, Cuban Yakasoba, or Cantonese style Wasabi glazed pork  bring balance to a fusion style accentuateg his Puerto Rican roots and Latino/Hispanic heritage. In his own words, " My Nuevo Latino Caribe Cuisine is more than just rice and beans!"  So...
