Latino Fusioné
is a combination of the Italian word for fusion (Fusione) and the seasoned techniques of Chef de cuisine Joshua Adam Garcia. Chef Garcia combines his Puerto Rican style cookery with classical French training, and traditional Italian cuisine. Through this, and many years of restaurant experience, he has, in his words, "JAG'ed up" or cutting edged Latino Caribe cuisine by introducing the concept of Italian/French fusion with a Latin Caribbean flare! With experience spanning the island paradise of Puerto Rico, and extreme culinary diversites of down town Manhattan, Chef Garcia continues with a cuisine as decadent as it is tastful.
Cuchifrito creation's like Linguine and lobster Caribe with Achiote and Cilantro (as seen on the Rachael Ray show) or Filo wrapped Ropa veija with sauteed white Asparagus, sweet plantains, and fresh Culantro- highlight traditions as complex as roast pork Alcapurias, Crab cake tostones, and Serrano ham/Fontina cheese stuffed pork chops with Sherry wine & balsamic.
From New York to Miami, Puerto Rico to Cali, Cuba to Santo Domingo or Colombia to Mexico, Brazil and Portugal. Joshua Adam Garcia is the awaited cutting edge representation of Latin Fusion cuisine; with the passion and determination to unvail his unique culinary vision to the world. Latin Fusion is "by faith" scheduled for construction in the Summer of 2009.
